Graphic Designer

Encore Multimedia is the leading ad agency in the East Texas area, serving high quality products to customers needing high performance marketing campaigns.

The specialties and talents of our team run across the gamut of marketing tools including: Internet Marketing, Video, Web Design/Programming, Media Placement, Print, Branding, and Public Relations. We are a forward-looking, energetic, and driven group, whose goal is to cater to the needs of our clients while defeating the forces of evil mediocre advertisement.

 

We are looking for an amazing graphic designer with skills and experience in both print and web. Projects include: Website layout design, mobile web design, web ads, brochures, direct mail, print ads, presentation pieces, PowerPoint slide design, logos & identity, outdoor media, and more.

You will be a part of the dynamic team that solves the big ideas for our marketing campaigns, engineering high quality user experience of our products and designing superb custom graphics for the end user.

Specific duties include developing and creating smart, strategic, and conceptual ideas across many platforms including presentations, brochures, promotional items, print and digital ads, billboards, websites, social media outlets, etc.

In addition to, and probably part of being awesome, you should be able to:

  • Be self-motivated, diplomatic, and able to work both as part of a team or on your own
  • Collaborate with programmers, project managers, and writers
  • Have great typographical and layout skills with an experienced knowledge of print production requirements and techniques

Requirements:

  • Expert knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)
  • Understanding and experience in web design
    • Site structure
    • Navigation
    • Programming-ready mockups
    • Capabilities of CSS
  • The ability to work under tight deadlines
  • Can multi-task/manage multiple projects and priorities
  • Knowledge of Microsoft and Apple office software
  • Be aware of and keep up with web trends

A Plus

  • Knowledge and use of Social Media
  • Knowledge of and at least minimal use of html and css
  • Experience in Responsive Web Design
